In Apalachicola, an old fashioned street parade, ice cream social and benefit concert will cool you off on July 2-3. On July 3, the Carrabelle Lighthouse Association invites you to a free Crooked River Lighthouse climb at Carrabelle Beach from Noon to 5 p.m. On St. George Island, everyone is welcome to join in the annual July 4th Parade. Decorate your vehicle and join in! Later that evening, there will be fireworks on the beach after dark. Carrabelle, will also host a fourth of July celebration along the riverfront complete with fireworks.
