Franklin County, FL Launches Geocache Challenge

Come join us for a caching adventure! Hidden somewhere in beautiful Franklin County is the Salty Challenge geocache containing 100 certificates each good for a unique oyster geocoin developed to welcome cachers to our area. Only coin one per cacher, please. The certificate will direct you to a place where you can collect your loot. To locate the cache, you must find the coordinates hidden in the lids of other geocaches, some new and some old scattered across the county. With luck, you might make the find with info from as few as two caches or it might take several days of searching so come prepared to enjoy the hospitality, natural beauty and friendly residents of Franklin County Florida.
